Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be purchased as subscriptions., these are sent as repeat deliveries, typically a month apart but this can be adjusted to the frequency of your liking. Your payment information is stored securely and charged at each subsequent cycle of the subscription.

To prevent infinite billing, subscriptions will stop after 12 payments, and the customer may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

To cancel or manage your subscription, you can use the link sent in the email that comes with each order/subsequent order. You can also email us at support@georgiateacompany.com., we typically respond in 1-2 business days at most!
