Refund policy

Word-of-mouth is our most important form of advertising and at The Georgia Tea Company, we want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, just follow our simple Return Policy to get a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Please be kind, if at all possible, take advantage of our sample sizes, before buying a larger amount of a new tea.
Return Policy

To return an item within 30 days of purchase, simply email us (support@georgiateacompany.com) with the reason for your return along with your name and invoice/order number, we will send you the address to return it to. Please package your return safely. We will gladly refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
