Rooibos, from the red bush in South Africa. Known for it's amazing health benefits and high concentrations of antioxidants. Red rooibos is oxidized bringing out the sweet, natural flavor of the herb. Unlike it's green counterpart, which tends to have a more malty, earthly flavor.
